The orange ones represent the locations of our webcams, the purple ones show the gauging stations - these are the locations where we provide local information about water levels, rainfall and other data to show the current or historical state of the river.If you are a newcomer to this site we strongly advise you go to the Help page where we give guidance about making best use of its many features.Our aim is to provide the most comprehensive network of webcams for use in helping to show current river levels for operational, flood monitoring and leisure purposes, to see regular and up to date images and information on rivers from the UK and Ireland.
