Introductory Month$145. Includes 4 introductory personal training sessions to get you started, with unlimited training sessions for the balance of the month once you are finished with the 4 intro sessions. This membership is required for all first-time CrossFitters. Unlimited Membership$125. Includes access to all of the gym offerings, including regular CrossFit sessions, coached Olympic weightlifting sessions, Flash Fit sessions, and Endurance sessions. Madeline Mirasol, Ph.D CF-L2, USAW Sports Performance Coach Certification, USA Power Lifting Sports Coach Certification, and ISSA Sports Nutrition Certification. In addition to coaching CrossFit, Madeline travels every year with her youth weightlifters to USAW Youth Nationals. Even if you can’t get to the gym, we can still provide you with our personalized, one-on-one coaching. Five on 2 off is the remote coaching arm of CrossFit York.
