Because Sunshine Juice creates 100% Natural and Vegan products, we use ONLY natural vegetables and fruits. That is why we care about who grows what we use, how, and where. We often visit farmers all over Japan and see their farms. We hear their stories. We know how they grow their produce. Through these trips, we able to find “Imperfect Produce.” These are produce that are hard to sell in markets because of looks or size. But their quality is still extremely high. We believe using these kinds of produce will bring good to farmers and the environment, as well as for our customers. できるだけ日本各地の生産者のもとに足を運び、仲介業者を通すことなく、直接契約で仕入れています。また個人農家だけでなく、県や市町村などの地方自治体との取り組みも行っています。「どんなところで」「どのように作られた野菜なのか」を実際に目で見て、話を聞いて、味わって、時には学びながら、素材を見極めて、新鮮で旬な、無農薬・減農薬の素材を中心に使うことを心がけています。特に、「質は良いのに、傷がついた・形が悪いなどの理由で売れにくくなってしまう素材」を積極的にジュースにしています。それまで売れなかった野菜が売れる＝生産者の方もHappyに、手頃な価格で美味しくて栄養価が高いジュースを飲める＝お客様もHappyに、そんな繋がりができていくことを目指しています。 We press and bottle our juices in each store everyday.
