While that might sound like I m a poor driver, 3 weren't my fault, and 2 were in accidents by 2 of my kids! My car was in their shop for about 2 1/2 weeks to get repairs done after a car accident. They were so on top of keeping me informed about the progress on my car and estimating the time it would be done. I got daily pictures of the progress on my car, which I loved. The front office staff was so nice and always very helpful and assuring. The guys did an amazing job fixing my car, it's back to looking brand new. I'm so happy. Would definitely recommend them. I would have to say Simons Auto Body is the best body shop near Framingham. I have used this body shop twice and I have been quite impress with the professionalism and quality of work each time. They worked hard on my behalf and dealt my insurance to have my car repaired correctly. This shop goes beyond to call of duty to preform work that is better than industry standards. Simon even repaired a small section of the car that was not part of the accident per good will. My Mercedes looks good as new! I was even more impress when they had someone come pick up the rental car and dropped off my vehicle once it was completed. It is all of the holistic attention to details that makes this the best body shop in town We got our chev Avalanche fixed here and they left it like new!! We were very satisfied with their work.
