will reopen July 1, 2020 with limited in-house public usage that follows COVID-19 social distancing (6 ft. apart), wearing masks, and limited numbers of people in the library. Service: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12-4; Tuesday 12-6; Saturday 1-3 Patrons must read temporary policy before entering the building. Patrons 9 years old and up must wear protective face covering and follow the 6 ft. distancing rule. Patrons may enter the library to access material. Five people may enter the building for no longer than 30 minutes. Two people may use the computers for a 30 minute session with no staff assistance. No use of the water fountain or public restroom. All materials being returned must be placed in the book drop outside the library door. NO Books may be brought into the building. Patrons with viral symptoms (i.e. Fever, sore throat, coughing, etc.) are requested to seek remote services by calling the library rather than entering the building. We encourage contactless materials pick-up/curb service will continue. We encourage patrons to use their own devices for on-line use, Wi-Fi is available. Patrons are encouraged to permit staff to retrieve materials to reduce handling, thus, quarantining. Patrons are asked to place books they have removed from the shelves but have decided not to check out on a cart for staff to place in quarantine before the next person picks them up. We are temporarily waiving fines until September 1, 2020 when we will reevaluate the situation.TAGS:Public Ronceverte WV
