The aim of my thesis is to propose a criteria-set for selecting construction materials in Nepal. The criteria touch upon four sustainability spheres: environment, economy, society and politics. Additionally, since Nepal is prone to earthquakes, seismic resistance of construction materials plays a major role as well. I came across Ubuntu Blox and have to say that I really like the idea and want to propose it in my thesis as alternative material. On youtube I found a video about the seismic resistance of houses constructed with Ubuntu.
