Finally, it’s not about being the best. It is all about being better than you were yesterday. I achieved it through the professional degree from ICA (affiliated from IGNOU) and so can you. In all 14 years I only made system and applied at the work place which converted me as an operational professional and the dilemma with my brain was it was too staticHotelier need to be more innovative which I was lacking so I decided to gear up with education. I was rescued by ICA in which learning and seeking important information was possible while you are working. Completion of my MTM and a new young manager was born with ideas and new product for service industry. Learner failure which are just the stepping stone of success and all our success lies in our attitude of fighting and getting our self-equipped to compete with the new baby boomer generation ICA has always been ICA from the time I was associated with them many years ago. As a counselor, I had a wonderful and fruitful time interacting and exchanging knowledge with the learners, as we call them.Learners are learners as long as they come to the Centre for counseling, but once their courses are over, many of them converted to companions - one of the special traits of ICA. So, I wait eagerly for new sessions to start so as to hear, care and share with more individuals - creating a two way traffic in education. Over a decade long experience as an Academic Counselor with ICA, I have witnessed that ICA has become one of the most trusted open/distance learning institute, situated at prime location of Kathmandu Valley offering a wide range of internationally recognized degrees. ICA has all the reason to take pride in. ICA has continuously produced high graduation-rate with flexibility in choosing courses, exceptionally supportive faculty members, affordable fees structure, and wonderful learning environment. The desire of study does not fade away with the age of an individual, or it might be when an individual does not know the proper pathway to be involved in. Most of us after completion of high school or Bachelors degree want to get involved in jobs and have certain years of experience, and as well study further at the same time. ICA is the institution where one can work and study simultaneously and is very suitable for the job holder/ working professional like me.
