Our Impact Formula for your Holistic Success

SKILLS UPGRADE

Your journey begins with a five-weeks of intensive digital training will equip you with skills in Data and Automation, Virtual Communication, Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistance, E-commerce, and other tech-enabled Skills. We also invest in enhancing your emotional intelligence through our weekly well-being session

APPRENTICESHIP

Successful graduates are placed with agencies and businesses for two-weeks of on the job training to apply what you’ve learned in real life and get feedback from your mentors with an opportunity to be hired by them directly.

JOB COACHING

You will also receive three weeks of dedicated job coaching and an additional two months of employment support from our experienced job coaches. We will help you find jobs, prepare your documents, practice for your interviews, and educate your employers, so you receive proper accommodation.

ADVOCACY

We are on a mission of changing the system for Persons with Disabilities, and we want you to take the lead in our advocacy campaigns, speak in various events, and develop solutions to create a ripple effect for positive impact.

LIFE COACHING

In each of these steps, we incorporate life-coaching through our well-being sessions led by our in-house psychologist to help enhance your emotional intelligence, restore human dignity, and help you become change agents in your respective community.
