Tickets are now on sale for our 25th anniversary Speaking of Women event featuring Stephanie Land, the New York Times bestselling author of Maid: Hard Work, Low Wages and a Mother's Will to Survive. Stephanie’s memoir also serves as the real-life inspiration for the Emmy-nominated Netflix original series of the same name.
Our live luncheon program will be held at The Waterview in Monroe on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, beginning at 12 noon. Guests can also purchase a virtual ticket to view the program via a day-of livestream broadcast.
We hope you will join us for this always-inspiring event. Our roots in the greater Bridgeport community are deep, dating to 1884, first as a YWCA and then as The Center for Women and Families of Eastern Fairfield County. On January 21, 2014, we officially changed our name to The Center for Family Justice, Connecticut’s first Family Justice Center and the 95th in the world.
