The owner’s Franco and Lia are part of a group of newly formed farmers who came from major European and Italian cities in search of a slower-paced lifestyle where basic values of life are emphasised in everyday living. Their daughter Francesca and son-in-law Matteo have now taken on the role of cultivators and producers of the top-quality biological extra virgin olive oil with great passion, and Matteo now conducts the presentation and tasting of the oil, with Francesca who also occupies herself with the guests.

Fantastic...again!
