About us

Our VISION is that youth homelessness in Miami-Dade County will be a rare occurrence and when it does occur it will be a brief and one-time experience.

We're ensuring that every youth experiencing homelessness has access to immediate shelter and that no youth spends a single night on the streets, in a car, or in any location not meant for human habitation.

We're committed to equal access and equitable outcomes for youth of color, LGBTQ+ youth, and youth with disabilities.

Do you need shelter?

Youth Access Points (YAPs) are agencies that are here for YOU regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. YAPs can help you get into housing programs or other services. If you do not have a safe and stable place to sleep, you are on your own, and you are between the ages of 13-24, please call one of the following organizations:
