It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the ninth edition of the Manufacturing Engineering Society International Conference (MESIC), to be held in Gijón (Spain) from June 23-25, 2021.

In line with previous editions, MESIC provides a forum for meeting, discussing and exchanging experiences between researchers and professionals from all over the world, who carry out their activity in Manufacturing-related fields.

The ninth edition of MESIC 2021 is organized by the Manufacturing Engineering Area of the University of Oviedo, in collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineering Society (SIF).

On behalf of the Organizing and Scientific Committees, we are pleased to invite academics and professionals to present contributions and actively participate in the Conference.

MESIC 2021 Abstracts Book

The abstracts of works presented at the MESIC 2021 conference will be published in the MESIC 2021 Abstracts Book, edited with ISBN by the Organizing Committee.

IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering

The full papers of the MESIC 2021 conference, under peer review will be published in the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE). It will be available online, open access and indexed in Scopus, EI Compendex (Elsevier), Inspec (EBSCO) and CPC-I (Thomson Reuters).

IOP publishes more than 85 academic journals, as well as books and conference proceedings.
