Chris Gibbs is a nature photographer/videographer, based in Calgary Alberta Canada.
From a very young age Chris had an interest in photography, videography and technology, and over the years his passion has taken him across many parts of North America. However, he feels nothing compares to exploring the rocky mountains, parks, trails, and backroads at home in Alberta.
After spending 25+ years in the broadcast industry, Chris broke away from the corporate world. When he is not out enjoying nature, he operates a media company with his wife that services small business and focuses on real estate, architecture, and sports.
One of Chris' greatest accomplishments was being named as one of seven photographers to have their photo on display at the YYC Calgary International Airport upon Grand Opening.
Chris is also one half of "The Nature Photo Guys", a YouTube channel and Podcast,that discusses nature photography, from gear, to philosophies, and everything in between. The goal is to assist, educate, and interact with nature photographers worldwide.
