We have over 20 years of experience dealing with composite materials and carbon fiber for the top motorsport racing teams of the Motor Valley, the italian heath of the racing world.
The mindset under every company around the Motor Valley goes in the same direction: pursuing the maximum performances and constant imrpovements. We had early access to advanced technologies and materials developed for the needs of Nasa, aerospace and Formula one.
The great opportunity we had to work with the most talented engineers, technicians, drivers and entrepreneurs gave us the expertise we use on a daily basis applying a consistent method on each work.
Being part of such an integrated system has allowed us to grasp the secrets of every aspect involved in the making of our products. We always start from the problem we have to solve.
Whether it is prevent a car to take off on a race track or making it go faster through air, when we approach an aerodynamics job we begin performing accurate 3D scans to collect every measure of the car, then we run several CFD simulations to deeply understand how air is flowing around the baseline model.
Having access to a great computationl power grant us the chanche to run as many simulations as we need in the lowest possible time, this improves greatly our process efficiency. Each piece of the body we design needs to be tested since every mod must work together to reach the requested results.
Reverse engineering
From reverse engineering our expertise allow us to understand how and where to focus the efforts, satisfying the requests in a verry short time with the highest quality.
CFD Simulations
From the acquired 3D model we can perform structural and/or aerodynamic tests to predict/confirm the yeld of the piece: on this basis, we intervene to enhance the percormance of each individual part of the whole system.
Design and testing
From the starting product or from the basic idea comes the study and as a natural consequence its improvements. The 3D model is updated with new design and tested again to check imrpovements, undil desired permormances are matched.In this phase the manufacturing process and the productivity itself are also optimized, thus creating a meticulous "play book", the complete guide od the phases of work that will be strictly followed to ensure a great quality product enhancing material features and piece shapes and reinforcements.
Models and molds
Once the "production plan" has been estabilished, the physical models for the realization of the molds are obtained by the most suitable material in dependance of the specs for the project.
Production - finishing - painting
The final product is obtained by working the raw material in the molds. Cleen room lamination with pre-preg cut by nesting.
Finishing and deburring in aspiration trimming.
Preparation to finish with any painting in the dedicated booth.

We obtain a 3D reference of the vechicle using batches of the most sophisticated acquisition system. This absolute precision is fundamental to ensure the whole process will be reliable.

Le simulazioni ci aiutano a capire le potenzialità della vettura “standard”, su queste fondamenta studiamo le modifiche funzionali continuando a simulare; in questa fase l’esperienza sul campo fa la differenza per qualità sull’efficienza e sui tempi sulla realizzazione.
Capendo il comportamento decidiamo come intervenire col sistema più congeniale dal punto di vista di geometrie, layout, laminazione e postcura per migliorare soprattutto il prodotto finale ma anche produttività e costi.
produzione modelli fisici e stampi
La produzione dei modelli fisici e degli stampi è la fase in cui gli studi prendono forma. La precisione millimetrica viene accuratamente mantenuta secondo il progetto.
Dal modello fisico vengono costruiti gli stampi per la produzione finale del manufatto in composito.
produzione FINITURA VERNICIATURA
Le ultime fasi del nostro lavoro sono la vera e propria realizzazione del pezzi finiti. Si passa dagli stampi e dalla applicazione degli strati di prepreg, alla cura in forno e autoclave.
Anni di esperienza fanno la differenza in un momento così delicato: rispettare i tempi di cura e di assestamento è fondamentale.
A mano viene fatta anche la rifinitura, i pezzi vengono poi verniciati e imballati per la spedizione con la stessa cura meticolosa.
