欢迎 Welkom Taijiquan (T'ai Chi) en Qigong (Chi Kung) maken deel uit van de Traditioneel Chinese Geneeswijze, naast acupunctuur, kruiden, voeding en tuina (Chinese massage). TCG maakt gebruik van het principe dat energie vrij moet kunnen stromen. De bewegingen laten je energie (Qi) stromen en zorgen voor behoud van je gezondheid. Per 15 november 2017 zijn mijn lesactiviteiten gestopt. Deze site zal blijven bestaan als waardevol naslagwerk. Heel veel dank aan al mijn cursisten, van hen heb ik het meest geleerd. Tàijíquan is een eeuwenoude Chinese bewegingskunst. De vloeiende bewegingen hebben een positief effect op je ademhaling en doorstroming. De vorm (zo noemt men de serie bewegingen) lijkt uiterlijk op een langzame dans, innerlijk is het een constante wisseling van yin en yang. Qìgong kent vele vormen en het beoefenen heeft een directe invloed op je gezondheid. Qigong series worden meestal op de plaats uitgevoerd en bestaan uit eenvoudige bewegingen die enkele keren herhaald worden.Qigong is goed voor je houding, je adem, je gezondheid en lichaamsbewustzijn. Qìgong en Tàijíquan zijn interne kunsten. De houdingen en bewegingen zoals je ze op deze site kunt zien zijn alleen de buitenkant.
