The hotel always answers the request in written form and, when confirmed, also assigns the reservation number.2. For some requested dates, the hotel may set a minimum stay requirement. Cancellation Policy:1. As with reservations, cancellations must be made in written form.2. If the cancellation of an individual's stay is received within 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will acknowledge and cancel the reservation without any penalty.3. If the cancellation is made in two days before the scheduled arrival date or if the client does not arrive without canceling the reserved services, the cancellation fee is charged at the first night's price plus the price of other reserved but not canceled services, such as transfer from the airport etc.4.
