The service team is always nice at First Texas Honda. I especially appreciated my advisor, Brian. He was not pushy about me adding on services to my visit. The couch in the service waiting area is comfy and the television shows a great picture. Each person I met in the service process was helpful and polite. Most of my questions were answered before I asked, and when I asked, answers were to the point and complete. Gaby did a great job start to finish and answered all my questions. And delivering my CR-V to my home was a plus. Thanks Gaby!!! The bigggest and best service operation in town. Great service, professional from top to bottom, and always as good as their word. They re the best! Very transparent easy to deal with mike the salesman and atif the financial guy made the entire process easy I would recommend this dealership to friends and family I had a great experience. We took the Pilot in on Monday, got a van that they loaned us for the two days they had the vehicle. It came off very well. We picked the pilot up two days later. Their customer service is great at every stage. I only have access to one car and it died suddenly over the weekend due to brake lights not being able to turn off. A neighbor jumped the battery so I could get to First Texas Honda on Monday. Ty took good care of me and the service folks got it fixed the same day, which I really appreciated. I also truly appreciated the Uber ride, which went smoothly with a nice man at First Texas getting the ride for me and very personable Uber drivers. Additionally, the folks at the First Texas Cafe were very friendly and welcoming! Brian and the service team did a great job getting the alignment done first thing in the morning. Early service is a need for me as I work nights and they did the work right. I liked the inspection report that was done as well while I waited. Great Service, would recommend. Brian was a great guy that delivered great service. I would come back and probably will come back. Enjoyed the experience I was so impressed by the service here.
