He has gone out of his way to win my business and I have never received customer service on a level he has provided. I was skeptical when he first reached out as I am not fond of trying new companies, but after a few conversations my assistant seems to prefer their platform compared to others. Stating it is very easy to use and she has Husein to contact whenever she requires assistance, on some occasions early morning where he has always responded. The Rates and choices of Carriers are excellent and the Billing system is super convenient.
