《中外合作办学条例》及其实施办法施行以来，教育部相继发布了一系列规范性文件，对加强中外合作办学的管理工作发挥了重要作用。 为进一步规范中外合作办学秩序，提高办学质量，促进中外合作办学更健康发展，教育部目前采取四项措施加强中外合作办学监管。即重点推进“两个平台”和“两个机制”建设。 一是依托教育部教育涉外监管信息网，设立教育部中外合作办学监管工作信息平台，通过办学监管信息公示，实施对中外合作办学的动态监管。并根据需要，向社会和广大就学者提供较全面和可靠的就学指导和服务信息。 二是加强所颁发学历学位证书认证工作，开发中外合作办学颁发证书认证工作平台； 三是开展中外合作办学质量评估，建立中外合作办学质量评估机制； 四是强化办学单位和各级管理部门的责任，建立中外合作办学执法和处罚机制。 中外合作办学的监管工作措施核心是加强工作管理，提高办学质量。并立足于为社会和中外合作办学者，特别是中外合作办学的广大就学者提供更有效的行政监督和服务。 中外合作办学督查热线：010-66416080 转 8039（工作时间为工作日9：00—17:00）<<< Thank you for your visit >>>
