ABOUT
TRANSITION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RISK-BASED BUSINESS LICENSING
THROUGH THE ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION (OSS) SYSTEM
The implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing through the OSS system will be carried out (soft launching) on August 2, 2021, at 06.00 WIB. The following is the mechanism for the transition process in the OSS System:
OSS System Version 1.1 will not be operationalized on 30 July 2021 at 18.00 WIB so that data migration can be carried out to the Risk-Based OSS System. Businesses can still apply for a license in the OSS System Version 1.1 no later than July 29, 2021, at 24.00 WIB; Businesses are requested to accelerate the fulfilling commitment process of Business Permits that have not been effective and submit it to the OSS system no later than July 29, 2021, at 24.00 WIB so that an effective Business Permit can be issued by the OSS system before July 30, 2021, at 18.00 WIB; There are 1,702 business activities consisting of 1,349 KBLI based on PP 5/2021 that are ready to be used when the Risk-Based OSS system is implemented on August 2, 2021, and 353 KBLI that have not been regulated in PP 5/2021 so that it needs to be determined by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM which is targeted to be used in the Risk-Based OSS System no later than the end of August 2021.
