I will patiently wait it out. 3 weeks later my delivery day rolls around. My delivery... Yawnnnnnnn Is this the best you can do for a public appearance? What a joke.... This has to be the worst bed we’ve ever slept on and the worst company with shady policies we have ever dealt with. Be prepared to be out money should you buy the bed and then more than likely hate it. Things you need to know that will not be explained to you: 100... $199 mandatory delivery fee and a $199 return pick up fee! Out $400 just because the bed wasn’t for me. Had to sleep in quest room until 30 days was up as well. I would not recommend this to anyone.It’s not even that comfortable of a bed even with a thick topper.Feels like you are sinking in when the number goes down. Robert little still smokes in the Sleepnumber work truck same with Lance Croft with E-ciggerett vaping. I myself know for a fact because I used to work for you at that market till today. I have been targeted as the bad employee and I do have proof of everything on the work phone. Brian Mudd accused me of false doing using the company work phone for personal use. Losing air and not sure if its the pump or controls. But I checked both mattresses when inflated and there is no mattress air leak . So Im wondering if the air is running back into the pump? We had our bed scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. We had a hard time getting our bed frame apart, and when we did, the delivery guys said they had to leave for another job. So, they took our current mattresses and left the boxes for the Sleep Number in our house... Need bed repaired following a move. Movers took the bed apart in order to move it but failed to put it back together correctly I need to return sheets and cant seem to get anyone there to send me the return labels I need for the box! Ive spent a ton of time on youtube to troubleshoot it myself and on the phone with their customer service. Ive tried all of their tests to see what part is failing. They wont send someone out without charging me. They arent totally sure what part is broken but want me to pay for the part they think is broken but that is final sale. Seriously?? User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE. We purchased a sleep number on 5/18/21. Our original delivery date was 6/12/21. We had to reschedule. Our new delivery date was 7/21/21. They no-called no showed. I call customer service, transferred 3 times, hung up on once, I finally get to speak with someone and they cant help and will have to call back tomorrow. Without any explanation as to why delayed. Soon after call, I receive an email stating delivery would not occur until 8/11/21. We spent $4,000 on a bed and all weve received is dishonesty and no bed. The headboard which came with the bed is considered a final sale. Again the online form never said that, so Sleep Number will not refund the headboard, which is till in it original package.
