Organization has provided assistance to the EU beneficiaries in all the countries concerned. Organization aims at improving the quality of investment supported by EU Funds (European Regional Development Fund, ERDF, Cohesion Fund , Connecting Europe Facility and IPA Funds).Organization partners are the European Commission, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development  (EBRD). Organization assists beneficiary countries under separate mandates.  Participation to the activities of Organization' Knowledge and Learning Centre is open to all 28 EU Member States, as well as pre-accession Countries.  Organization' assistance is provided free of charge på denne siden. The decision to provide an EU grant for a project prepared with assistance from Organization remains always the responsibility of the European Commission.
