Our programs are non-competitive and we offer them at different times of year than other basketball teams.Our mission at Biddy Basketball International is to provide the best tool for developing our youth in the sport of basketball while helping children to gain knowledge, skills and competencies that are an integral and important part of a global multicultural society.
To assist in its mission, the size of the balls, the height of the goals and the distance of the free throw lines are modified to fit young athletes. These simple modifications permit the players to learn the fundamentals of the game and develop their ball handling skills with regard to their age and physical abilities while indirectly improving a wide range of cognitive and social skills.

Our coaches and board of directors believes that organized team sports provide kids with a way to excellence. They can get a sense of accomplishment and achievement through learning more about basketball along with vital life skills.

Biddy Basketball partners up with the New Orleans Pelicans for a special night each season. They get to meet the Pelicans players and shoot hoops with them. They stand out on the court to welcome the team at the start of the game. It’s a one of a kind experience you don’t want to miss.
