Happy New Year! Throughout the pandemic, our Club members have enjoyed virtual tournaments, prize giveaways, and zoom-based strategy classes.

I will continue to monitor CDC guidelines for safe socialization to determine when we can return to Lunch and Plays and other tournaments. In the meantime, the New Jersey Canasta Club continues to hostmonthly virtual cash and prize tournaments, all of which havesold out.The feedback has been incredible,and players are making new friends from all over the country! We will continue to provide tournament opportunities each month; the double-elimination format guarantees a two-game minimum for all participants and is a ton of fun!

The New Jersey Canasta Club is designed for people who share a love of canasta and desire to meet new people in social games, tournaments, and charity events throughout New Jersey.

The Club, the first of its kind in the state, has partnered with top-rated country clubs and restaurants throughout New Jersey that will host Lunch & Play, Tournament and Charity events throughout the year. Club members will be notified of events happening locally. Seats will be limited and will vary by venue.Events will be categorized as either casual play or tournament play. In either case, members can attend with a group or individually and be paired with a partner.
