Hinterland is an independent specialty coffee bar serving healthy all-day brunch, breakfast & lunch, homemade daily using quality organic ingredients. Our eco-friendly concept favours sustainable packagings and vegan alternatives.

Warning - We do not take reservations.

Hinterland, located close to the Horta Museum in Brussels, is a dietary restaurant specializing in breakfasts and brunches to enjoy take away, at home through our delivery system or simply on the terrace. Hinterland will suit everyone, whether you are vegan or vegetarian : it will be enough for you to be hungry !

Let yourself be surprised by the ultra funky collection of drinks that "The hinterland" will offer : between the golden milk with coconut milk and its spices, and Ice matcha latte accompanied by one of his four different kinds of milk, you will not be disappointed !
