Apart from the fact that this product is beautifully made and very stylish, the customer service from Tessa that I receive pre and post purchase is one of the best that I have come across with an online shop.

I was not intending to use my Filippa as an everyday bag but it is fast becoming that. I love the look and feel of it. Spacious enough to carry everything I need but not too big. 'Big' often gets overfilled and becomes a drag to carry around. The only criticism I have is that the side, outside pocket is not secure enough for my phone. It has slipped out a couple of times while in my car and I am concerned that it might do so when I’m out and about so I carry it inside my bag to be safe.

Love love love the PETA Pouch in Moss. The color is deep and rich, the soft to the touch texture is so delicious. And it holds more than thought it would, which makes it super useful. The hardware is beautiful and tasteful.
Only cons-takes a long time to get, and the strap is too long. I added another hole so now it’s perfect.

I bought this bag for everything outside of work. I fit my A_C wallet in there, 800mL water bottle, I could fit a keep cup next to that water bottle if I needed, my iPhone (one of the plus size iPhones) fits nicely in the phone pouch. I love this bag and both A_C products I’ve purchased.

This little bag is incredible! It can fit all my essentials and it’s so so well made. I’m obsessed with the sileather material and hope to see more styles in this colour and material come out. Looking forward to my next purchase!

A beautiful wallet

I’m a man and I’ve struggled to find a little “bag” that could fit a book and some things in it. This has been perfect.

I had been keeping an eye out for a bag to use while I travel that could carry my basic "essentials" - which for me is a camera, a book (or e-reader), sunglasses and other necessities like a wallet! This bag is so roomy and fits all of those things (and more) whilst remaining small enough to work as a day bag and even my "personal" item on a plane! I love the feel of this bag too - it just feels so luxurious and is also simple enough to be paired with anything! I also love the mission behind the brand and how they consider every step of their process - I am already in love with my bag and can't wait to continue to use it!

I just love my Florence bag! The size is perfect, the design is gorgeous and it’s beautifully made.
I could instantly see that A_C Official put heart and soul on the design and make of their bags, because as soon as I opened the delivery box I could see how well made, packed the whole bag was. Perfect stitching and the high quality metals.
It feels very special to be able to support a company that cares about quality and the environment.
The only downside for me was the number of holes of the straps. I’m a short lady (5’1”) and I need to add a extra couple of holes so it would be the right size for me :)
