THE PROCESS

COMPLETE A STAGING INQUIRY FORM

You will be contacted the same business day to discuss your staging project.

SCHEDULE A WALKTHROUGH

We will come to your property and preview the rooms to be staged, take pictures and measurements where needed.

STAGING PROPOSAL

You will receive a proposal with estimated costs of the project within 24 hours of the walkthrough. Once proposal is signed and accepted, staging day will be scheduled. 50% of the staging fee is collected to hold the staging day.

STAGING DAY

Furniture, accessories, and artwork is delivered and home is designed and staged. Final payment is collected after staging is complete.

DESTAGE

You notify us when the home is pending, and we will schedule a time to destage.
