I am Lynn McKee, owner and principal consultant at Quality Perspectives. My passion is helping organizations, teams and individuals deliver valuable software. I provide consulting on software quality, quality management, test leadership and testing. With 20+ years experience working with small to enterprise scale companies, I am adept at providing effective, adaptive and scalable approaches that align with the organization’s quality needs.

Software quality is more than the testing, tools, metrics, processes, practices and leadership we implement. Quality is achieved through understanding the context and stakeholder perspectives that ultimately influence a project’s decision to implement. From the initial expectations for perfect software to the final measure of “good enough”, the road can be long and bumpy. I can help your team learn to acquire and apply this understanding to help their projects achieve success.

Consulting Services

I am available for a range of consulting services including assessments, practice definition and implementation, leadership development and coaching. I am also able to provide program or project based test leadership.

Workshops

I offer engaging and interactive workshops for clients, conferences, and local discussion groups. My workshops can be tailored to your unique organizational needs, or I am happy to develop something new.
