Hunter Subaru WNC Flyer Ride Start/Finish + Post Ride Party
at Oskar Blues, Brevard, NC
Net proceeds benefit bicycling advocacy organizations in WNC. Contact us if you are interested in having your organization be considered for one of our non-profit partners.The 18th annual Hunter Subaru WNC Flyer will be held in Western North Carolina. The start/finish will be at Oskar Blues in Brevard, NC. What better way to spend the day than with a Bike Ride, Bluegrass, BBQ and a Brew!
Riders will have their choice of a century, metric, half century, and half metric rides which wind through the valleys south of Asheville, NC. Although it is the least hilly ride in Western North Carolina, it has plenty of rolling hills to keep all riders interested. There is beautiful mountain scenery without the long mountain climbs. The Flyer is a ride for everyone from first time riders to experience riders.
This is a fully supported ride with well-stocked rest stops and an after ride party. The post ride party will be catered by Mayberry’s and we have lots of yummy BBQ (or Veggie/Vegan lunch options) and one free beer after the ride.
The Hunter Subaru WNC Flyer ride course cutoff time is at 4pm EST. Riders are able to complete their ride on their own unsupported after 4pm, however, all post ride activities and volunteer/police support will end at 4pm.

Packet Pick-Up Information
If you would like to skip the packet pickup on ride day, opt in during online registration to have your ride number and socks mailed directly to your home. Deadline to select this option online is Sunday, May 15th at midnight.
