Holiday Mule

50 ml Absolut Vodka, 40 ml cider, 40 ml ginger beer 10 ml, lemon Juice. Pour all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Garish with a slice of apple and cinnamon cane.

Malibu Paloma

50 ml Malibu rum, 10 ml fresh lime juice, 120 ml grapefruit soda, pinch of salt. Build ingredients in highball glass with ice. Garnish with lime and pinch of salt.

Absolut Martini

60 ml Absolut Vodka, 5 ml dry vermouth. Stir all ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive and a lemon zest.

Pinkish Sling

50 ml Åhus Akvavit, 20 ml rhubarb syrup, 15 ml fresh lemon juice, 1 dash grapefruit bitters, 100 ml tonic. Build ingredients in a highball glass with cubed ice. Top up with tonic and garnish with pink grapefruit.
