Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration completed a comprehensive repair project at landmark residential building, 199 East Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. The building was originally designed by Marshall & Fox. The team replaced approximately 500 pieces of terra cotta and repointed 100% of the mortar joints on the west and north facades.
