Dr. Dallas Dance is on a mission to help non-profits, corporations, and organizations, especially schools and colleges, inspire and impact their most valuable asset: Current and emerging leaders. As an executive and former superintendent of Baltimore County Public Schools, he has an over 15- year background in Talent and Leadership Development, Organizational Improvement, and Strategic Planning and Advising. He uses his expertise to pioneer equity-centered shifts and positively impact organizational culture.
