IMPORTANT DATESAnnual Meeting BanquetAugust 1, 2020CHANGE OF FORMATDue to the current issues and restrictions surrounding Covid- 19 and in the best interest of the safety of the delegates and members, the UBGF board of directors have decided to change the meeting to a virtual format. There will be no one allowed in the room but the board members.  The delegates will still be able to attend the meeting on-line. They will be able able to vote on judges, officers, motions and will be able to speak to the officers and other delegates as they normally would. In order to participate in the virtual meeting your delegate will need to email your club packet information (see link on www.ubgf.org) and an email address where your delegate can be contacted to: Brad Wilcox at bawilcox23069@gmail.com by July 30th so they can be invited to the meeting.Each club that has a delegate at the meeting will be entered into a drawing for a Garmin Alfa 100/tt15 mini that will be shipped to the winning club to be used as a fundraiser for that club, compliments of the UBGF.The awards banquet will be postponed until Thursday October the 29th which is the evening before the all age runoff at the Holiday Inn University Plaza in Bowling green KY. We will enjoy a nice Banquet dinner and the awards ceremony.
