​​The Roasting House was established in 2011 and is located in an 1876 brick building best known as

"The Brass Rail Saloon" in historic Virginia City, Nevada.

​The original Brass Railsaloon counter still stands and now serves as a full service espresso and old fashioned soda bar where customers are welcome to have a seat and watch our baristas create the best espresso and coffee drinks on the Comstock!

​Our green coffee beans are imported from coffee-producing countries around the globe. Our coffee is roasted and packaged on-site and sold in our store by the canor by the cup. You may also purchase any of our fresh roasted coffee through ouronline market.

​We offer a variety ofmenu items for breakfast and lunch. Our specialties include waffle sandwiches, tasty paninis and delicious "miner's pan specials" We also offer gluten and dairy free options for those with dietary restrictions.
