Be our fullest, truest, most free version.Fitness goals and self-improvement certainly can feel like that road to freedom, but often they become their own trap. And I believe it's because the entire fitness and health industry is based on a false premise:That people are broken, and they need to be fixed.Now, how do you think that makes someone feel? Do you feel free when you're worried about doing an exercise wrong and getting injured? Do you feel safe and free to lift weights before "fixing your dysfunctions"? And do you feel good in your skin before you lose body fat? Do you actually feel free to enjoy the journey you're on?We have somethings in common, my readers and I: we value strength, self-sufficiency, and living fit for purpose. We also want to enjoy being fit, which means we have to value our efforts. All of these require freedom.
