Community Hello Students, Parents and Families of Mineral County School District:Please be informed that the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year will be delayed by one week.We will open for students on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 instead of Monday, August 31, 2020. The reasons for the delay are due to a significant increase of COVID cases within Mineral County as well as staff and student safety. I have not yet received all the personal protective equipment (PPE) that were ordered. Items are trickling in, but we do not have everything as described in our Reopening Plan.
