Result SSC Session 2019-2020 With the grace of Allah Almighty, Himalians produce exceptional result by securing 89.48 over all percentage. out of 90 x cadets, 81 x cadets got A+ grade and 9 x cadets got A Grade. College No 1235 Cadet Muhammad Abdullah secured 1089/1100 (99 %) and got 1st position in MCM. 13th All Pakistan Muhammad Akram Shaheed, Nishan-i-Haider Bilingual Declamation Contest 2019: MCM Team wins 13th all Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest Held on 2nd November 2019 at Military College Jhelum Sword of Honour 140 L/C With immense jubilation, it is intimated that College Number 773 Usman Shahid has been awarded with a Sword of Honour of 140 L/C. We are proud of him. This speaks about the quality of high standards of grooming and intellectual enhancement of the cadets at MCM. Military College Murree (MCM) was inaugurated by the COAS Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, NI(M), HI, on 1st September 2008. This institution is entrusted to educate and groom the students for induction into the Pakistan Army. Since its establishment, earnest efforts have been made at all tiers to make MCM a dynamic educational entity and an institute par excellence. College is structured for strength of 450 boys from class VIII to XII. On the eve of departure of pioneer entry, 1st Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony was held on 28 Jun 2010, and COAS graced the occasion as a Chief Guest. The students of MCM are known as “HIMALIANS” and the motto is Character, Courage and Commitment. The Himalians are indeed blessed to find themselves getting educated at Military College Murree which is one of the best contemporary academic institutions. MCM has the privilege of having a healthy, harmonious ambience and rich values which have played pivotal role in shaping the future of many alumni. Being a feeder institution to Pakistan Military Academy our mission is to transform the Himalians into competent and daring leaders. This is my firm belief that the rich values and traditions imbibed at MCM would carry them to greater heights. It is a matter of pride that MCM has attained its status amongst the top academic institutions in such a short time. Our academic achievements in different examinations speak of the highest standards of education being imparted here. With proud legacy MCM has remained upto the task by constantly sending more than 50 percent Himalians every year to PMA. The Himalians have carved a niche for themselves not only at PMA but also at the foreign Military Academies through sheer competence and determination. The Himalians have also proved their excellence in the extra-curricular arenas since they have too. Many Himalians have registered themselves in the contests held at the All Pakistan level and have brought laurels for their Alma Mater.
