Alexis LeCount has been cooking and catering for over ten years. Her passion is desserts, and she especially enjoys creating special occasion cakes. She first fell in love with frozen custard in college and has been plotting her custard empire ever since. It’s the best soft serve ice cream you’ll ever have. It’s got a super smooth texture and is way more dense and creamy than other soft serve because there’s hardly any air incorporated in the freezing process. Crazy popular in the Midwest, we’re bringing that joy here to California. Lexie’s Frozen Custard Truck We now have a truck on the road to bring you organic frozen custard and baked treats. The truck will feature 2 flavors of the day, with endless combinations of delicious house made toppings. You’ll be able to build your own sundae with one of our fresh baked goods or take home a frozen custard cookie sandwich. We’ll have cookies sandwiches, brownies and milkshakes. Where to Find Us We offer full service event planning and catering, from hors d’oeuvres to rentals to dessert. We will customize your menu to fit the theme of your party. It can be as simple as a finger food luncheon or as elaborate as a multi-course dinner. Custom Cakes Check out our gallery of sample cakes and then let your imagination run wild! We’ll design your vision in cake and let you choose the flavors and frosting. Contact us for a special order.
