Since we follow strict best natural farming practices and use no chemicals or pesticides, you can safely enjoy the berries straight off the vine.PRE-PICKED NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME$0.00/pintTips for PickingConsiderations and what to bring before you leave home:Bring something to drink to ensure you are staying hydrated.  If you forget, we will take care of you with water at the stand.Wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions – loose, comfortable clothes work best.Bring sunscreen to protect you and your family from the sun – we have over 40 rows of bushes to explore with limited shade.Bring a hat!!!!!  Yes, even our non-hat wearing blueberry friends, you will enjoy your time at the patch that much more by keeping the sun out of your eyes and this sometimes keeps the gnats away.Once you are here:Please drive slowly and respectfully on Frog Eye Road.  It is a private road we share with our people and wildlife neighbors.Early mornings are the optimal time to visit the patch as it allows you a much cooler time of the day to enjoy exploring the different varieties of blueberries throughout the blueberry patch.Be sure to visit the lower section of the orchard – some of our best berries are located in the lower patch!Look closely at the blueberry plants – most folks pick the berries that are easily seen, but some of the largest and best berry clusters are below eye level and hidden behind the leafy vegetation.Ideally you’ll want to pick berries that are completely blue – blueberries do not continue to ripen after they’re picked.Bring a container to take your berries home.  (If you forget, we will have bags for you to transport your bounty for the day home.)If you wish to relax for a while and take-in some of the beautiful scenery, bring a chair or blanket and sit a spell.We have a port-a-potty for your convenience and have added a hand washing station as well.This site uses cookies.
