The minutes for the November 3rd Board of Directors meeting are now available. **ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS**Important information regarding the upcoming Board of Directors meeting:Date - 11/14/2020Location - Marriott Visalia 300 South Court Street, Visalia, CA 93291* PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NEW LOCATION FOR CGA MEETINGS *Due to COVID 19 the hotel is limiting our meeting to 50 people. This number is almost met with Directors, Executive Board, BOG and District Delegates, and Nominees. We may not be able to accommodate any visitors or guests. Due to health concerns for some members, the BOG has agreed not to make this a mandatory meeting. We do request all BOD nominees be present, that way if they win they will be sworn in and participate in the meeting.**VOTING**In person voting will be open from 8:00am-9:00am.You must be 12 years or older, and current member in good standing.Please make sure your membership is current prior to the meeting.We will be practicing social distancing, sanitizing pens and surfaces, please wear a mask.Please make sure there is ample time for you to vote and arrive early to do so.Absentee ballots had to be requested by 10/15/20, no other mail in ballots will be sent out.Votes will be counted immediately after voting closes. The winners will be announced and sworn in. Then the meeting will begin.  Nov 14 Agenda Attention all riders!!!Your worked hard to earn these awards! Make sure you get them delivered!! We have previously posted, but would like to make sure everyone knows what your options are!!For the past 2019-2020 season, you have two options:1 - Have them shipped: Email us at CGAState@aol.com and let us know you would like to have your awards shipped. $5 per buckle and $10 per jacket. Checks may be mailed to the State office at PO Box 580 Watsonville CA 95077. These will be sent out after the BOD meeting.2 - Have a representative pick them up for your at the Fall BOD meeting 11/14/2020. Approved representatives include your District Delegate or a current Director on the State Board. You will need to email us with the name of the representative you have discussed picking up your awards with. Please confirm they are attending the meeting. Districts need to submit their show dates for the 2020-2021 show season. Districts must submit show/rain dates to State Office a minimum of 14 days prior to the show/rain date. The local district software has been upgraded to Build 0944, posted 11/18/14. If you have previously downloaded the 0942 or 0943 upgrades, you will need to update that with the 0944 to have all the current updates.Click on Downloads, Etc. to download the software for your district. Please be aware that this software only runs on 32-bit and 64-bit laptops/PCs. Yes, it's that time again! The 2020-2021 season runs from Augest 1, 2020, through the CGA State Show Finals till the end of July 2021. You have 60 days following your first show to sign up for the Year End Awards.Otherwise, your rides from that show will not count! Sign up now before you forget! Select the type of Award (such as Level 1, Level 2, Family Team Awards, etc.) you wish to earn, and submit the appropriate form. Want more info?
