Since the first time, everyone has made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to answer all my questions during my initial consultation and tested a small area to ensure that no negative skin reactions would occur. Within just a year, I'd noticed a huge difference in my hair growth, and now the hair on my abdomen area aside from a few strays is barely noticeable. Recommend going once per week for first few months, then changing to once every two weeks. My favorite technician is Stephanie. She is always very humble and caring. She never rushes through the appointment and does her best to get every hair. She also makes me feel at ease with her small talk and her hands are like magic- electrolysis can feel unpleasant if in the wrong hands but she maneuvers in such a way that I barely feel anything. Not only that, she does a great job to ensure no scabs are present on skin afterwards.I'm so happy to have met such a talented, friendly lady. They charged my an extra $15 out of nowhere for injection. I pay $99 for an hour of electrolisis and $45 for an injection. This last time however, they charged my $56 without letting me know in advance. When I complained the owner said that it's because you have to pay for the nurse's time (the nurse who gives you your injection). As if you are not paying $45 already.
