* There is a $5 per category entry fee paid the day of the event *



* RibsPork. No Country Style ribs * Chickenwhole or pieces * Tri-Tip Whole * Dessert * Please cook Dessert at home and bring them to the event*



* No Commercially Pre-marinated meat * No Store bought Dessert * Dessert must be made from scratch* All cooking of meat done on premises * Bring own BBQs * Bring own Charcoal * Bring own Cooking utensils and cooking bowls and trays* For more questions, please give us a call or email*



*You can only enter one meat/dessert into each category. This could change the day of the event if not enough entries. Also, if entering a meat/dessert, you need to bring a minimum because people want to taste what won. Minimum's per recipe are Tri Tip - 2 Whole Tri Tip, Ribs - 2 slabs, Chicken 2 whole, or 12 pieces, Dessert - enough to feed 12.

2. Mild to Hot to sweet
3. Bring 2 to 3 cups

Partless Bird Wing-Off

1. You can use any part of the chicken
2. Mild to Hot to Sweet
3. Bring minimum 15 to 20 wings

Turn in - 3:00 or so
Judging - after turn in.

Prizes - Handmade cheap prizes.

Judging - Buffet style
Entries will be lined up, you will be given a little piece of paper, you will write your name and scores for each entry.
