Request for Proposals to update the Regional Transportation Plan

The Tuolumne County Transportation Council (TCTC) is soliciting proposals to retain a consultant to complete the 2022 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Update including this accompanying environmental document and other associated documents. The goal of this project is to update the 2016 Regional Transportation Plan. The updated Regional Transportation Plan will be both consistent with all necessary local documents as well as comply with all appropriate Federal and State requirements.

TCTC FY22/23 Final Overall Work Program

As the Regional Transportation Planning Agency for Tuolumne County, the Tuolumne County Transportation Council (TCTC) is required to prepare and submit annual work programs to the State. The primary purpose of the TCTC's annual work program is to establish proper use of State and Federal funds on transportation programs and projects consistent with the Council's priorities. These work programs serve as an annual program management document that identifies all regional transportatoin planning activities and the funding sources that have been approved to accomplish the identifies activities.
