Rick, current owner of RGB Plastics & Design, has a wide range of technical knowledge in both Injection Molding and Extrusion and has developed training programs for schools and businesses.

Dan serves as VP of Programs for Polymer Ohio, Inc., defining and managing projects to assist polymer companies. He comes to the Plastics Academy with 40 of experience in the plastics industry.

Scott Steele is Paulson Training’s expert blow molding instructor teaching the ProEx Blow Molding class for the Paulson’s Plastics Academy. Mr. Steele brings over 40 years of plastics blow molding experience solving plastic molding problems and developing new products.
