New Installation

Suburban Elevator installs all types of elevators, from hydraulic, traction to machine room less applications. Whatever your requirements are, we can provide a solution. Being an independent elevator company allows us to purchase from many suppliers and manufacturers, which allows the customer more variety and can provide them with the solution they need.

Our construction department will be there through all phases of the installation, from designing your elevator to finalizing the inspection. Our team will be there to make sure your elevator is delivered on time and smoothly turned over. We pride ourselves on having superior customer service, and we are always available should any questions arise.

Suburban installs non-proprietary equipment. That means that your elevator is free from any proprietary software, forcing you to stay with a particular company. We want you to stay with us after the install because you want to, not because you have to.

Modernization, Upgrades and

Cab Interiors

Suburban Elevator provides elevator modernization services to update existing equipment to comply with city codes, fire service mandate requirements, and handicap accessibility, including ADA elevator upgrades.

We also implement elevator upgrades for equipment damage, water damage, controller replacement, and outdated equipment, among other things. Elevator upgrades can be a good option for the budget conscious consumer.

Suburban Elevator began in the Chicago land area back in 1994. The owners, Carmen Galante and Chris Anderson, teamed up to form what was one of the largest independent elevator companies in the country.
