About Her Truth Psychotherapy, PLLC
Hi, I’m Shantel, an Austin, TX based Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Integrative Health Practitioner, and owner of Her Truth Psychotherapy. I believe all women are capable of thriving in their lives and it is my sincere desire to help them reach that point.
Her Truth Psychotherapy is about helping you find your truth, so that you have the ability, and the courage, to truly live the life you want.
My journey with psychotherapy began as a young adult when I sought therapy for anxiety.
That experience led me to pursue my MA in Counseling Psychology and a career in providing psychotherapy for women, helping them work through their struggles and past traumas.
I love connecting with my clients, challenging them to become their healthiest selves, and learning about them in the process. I take a trauma-informed and integrated mind-body approach to virtual psychotherapy that comes from a place of safety and trust.
I will help you, guide you, support you, and push you along on your healing journey. Together, we will work to bring out the healthiest version of yourself via our online psychotherapy. Though it is not easy, it is worth it - you are worth it.
