Valley Professionals Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving those in need and creating healthier communities. We are your Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), which is a new approach to your health care. PCMH provides all-inclusive primary care that creates partnerships between you and your family, and your primary care provider and health care team.

A Federally Qualified Health Center

Federally Qualified Health Centers, or FQHCs, are non-profit private or public entities that serve medically underserved populations. Put simply, FQHCs exist to serve those who have limited access to healthcare, financially or logistically. Although all individuals are welcome, FQHCs stand apart from private practices due to their ability to facilitate treatment for low-income individuals, as well as, the uninsured or underinsured.

Health Center Opening New West Terre Haute Clinic

Valley Professionals Community Health Center joined forces with The Connecting Link and other local community partners in 2019 to champion the building of a $1.5 million health center and pharmacy in West Terre Haute.

Hypertension Control Champions

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently announced 15 winners of the 2020 Million Hearts® Hypertension Control Challenge. Valley Professionals Community Health Center in Rockville and Bloomindale have joined the ranks of 133 Hypertension Control Champions who have demonstrated success in improving hypertension control among their patients since 2012.

Valley Professionals and Union Health Debut Expanded Facility

Valley Professionals Community Health Center and Union Health Clinton held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of their collaborative expansion project. This project will enhance the community’s access to the exceptional rural health care and specialty care these organizations are known for.
