CARING ABOUT MYKONOS

Over time, Mykonos has become a massive tourist spot, which means a great deal for the local economy.We know if we continue without proper initiatives to clean the Mykonian beaches, it will eventually lead to a greater disaster.

So we brought together our friends and volunteers to create the Now or Never team tohelp solve the plastic pollution
on beaches in Mykonos.

We encountered this female turtle trapped in afishinglure Agios Lazaros. We quickly asked for help and rescued and freed her.

However, be careful if you try to save a turtle; they are creatures of habit and if you get in their way, it can be very hazardous.
