We are one of the reference center on tuberculosis in Catalonia and foundamental in the "Barcelona model" of TB control in large cities.

Serveis Clínics is a social sanitary centre specialized in the tuberculostatic treatments. Our main purpose is basically healing our patients by giving all support and following up the entire process, in order to avoid other people get infected.Our multidisciplinary team attend patients with sensitive TBC, TB-XDR/MDR, coinfections (TB/HIV), non-typical TB and others mycobacteriosis with or without any social problems. We develop our activities in two different supervised treatments:Admissions in our centre (“Serveis Clínics”) with a 24 hours medical attention, 365 days per year opened.Home attention through our DOOTT (Directly Observed Outpatient Treatment Team)Serveis Clínics and DOOTT are closely linked and coordinated with mutual aims, adapting themselves to the necessities of our patients with the highest quality assistance, in order to shorten the recovery process.
DOOTT (ETODA)
Directly Observed Outpatient Therapy Team.
DOOTT Team manages the administration for outpatient’s medication, always supervised by our medical staff. DOOTT is an entity that works as a branch of Serveis Clínics, integrated to the Catalonia’s Healthcare network (CatSalut).
