UnderGeneral Order 21-012, the Orrin G. Hatch Courthouse will remain in “Phase 2” of the court’s phased reopening plan through October 31, 2021. On April 29, 2021, the court began holding in-person criminal jury trials. Because of space limitations and physical distancing requirements, the court will continue to hold only one jury trial at a time. Attorneys with scheduled criminal jury trials have been notified of their trial dates. Civil jury trials may be held on dates on which no criminal cases are available for trial.
